 How a Poll thread works
Here is the break down of how a poll thread works. For something to compare to, we kind of treat it like voting for the President of the United States. This club is set up like a democracy. Here is the break down for you:
~The topic thread will be started. Depending on what it may be, it hold this image until the thread goal is accomplished. For a Prospect poll, it will be a simple thread for one week (more details in the prospect area). After the first week, a poll will be started.
~During the initial thread stages, you should be asking questions, giving your input, and voicing your opinion (the prospect poll is questions only).
~Once the original thread goal is achieved, a poll is set up for you to vote. Once the poll is set up, that means that it has been decided that enough information has been gathered to do so. If you did not take advantage of the time to ask questions, and what-not, then you missed it.
~After a poll has been set up, all the previous posts will remain, but any future posts will be deleted.
Any questions or comments about this matter, please contact your local Chapter President or VP, or myself.
Thank you.
